What we collect

Only what you give us. When you request a table, that is your name, phone number, the day and time you want and how many are coming — and, if you add them, your email, where you'd like to sit and a note about the occasion.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, that is your email address, and nothing else.

Browsing the site collects nothing. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising technology on any page.

Why we need it

To answer you. The team uses your name and number to confirm what is available; the day, time and party size are what they check. A newsletter address is used only to send you the newsletter.

Where it goes

The booking form sends your request to the reservation system our team works from. If you choose “Send it on WhatsApp instead”, it goes to us through WhatsApp. Newsletter addresses are kept in Sanity, the content system we edit this site in, where they are not public. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

What loads when you visit

Fonts are served from our own servers. The site's words and photographs are served by Sanity's image and content service. Visiting a page does not make a request to Google, Meta or any advertising network.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our menu site are ordinary links — nothing is sent to them until you choose to follow one, and from then their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle your booking and keep our own record of it; a newsletter address until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — message us on WhatsApp or call, and we will deal with it.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s.

Changes

If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
